In response to increasing client demand, we conceived this wine to be between a full bodied rose and a light red to be drunk all year round. The perfect accompaniment to meditteranean cuisine.

Schiste (Grenache) and clay and limestone (Syrah) guarantee a genuine wine typically from the Languedoc, with a beautiful freshness and a tanic structure.
Present on the palate are a mix of spices, red berries and herbs.

Carmina Major

Grand wine with long ageing potential, blended from the best barrels of Syrah and Mouverdre.
Perfect equilibrium between concentration and finesse.
Combination of north facing vineyards and clay and limestone soils offer a high potential for fine wines.

Extraodinary white wine. Fermented at the instar of a red on raffles and films. Structured with subtle tanins and saline minerality. Something really unique.

Over-ripe Roussanne and marsanne.
Late harvest of confit grapes.
Medium-sweet wine, vinified in an unusual style. (60g/l residual sugar)
2 years ageing in barrels brings depth and complexity.
